Potato cracker

 Ingredients: 1 kg. potato 100 gm green chilly 2 table spoon red chilly 2 table spoon black pepper 2 table spoon salt Method: Wash potatoes thoroughly. Dry them. Put them in the oven for 30 minutes. Fry them whole in a pan for 30 minutes while stirring continuously. Mix up all other ingredients in a bowl. Now boil the potatoes for 1 hour until they crack. The dish is ready. Enjoy!
